With years of experience working for both national and regional logistics companies, Kraig brings real-world know how to every aspect of our business. Kraig works closely with both the operations and sales departments to ensure UART has a constant commitment to customer service and professionalism.
In his spare time Kraig likes to spend time with his 3 children and wife of 27 years. They enjoy traveling and have a goal of seeing at least 1 new country per year. He is a avid hockey fan and University of Minnesota alumni.

With 25 years of operations, supply chain, and leadership experience in Silicon Valley, Kurt has worked with many of the giants, including Apple, Intel, and HP. Kurt’s strategic and operational direction ensures the principles that have driven UART’s success are on track day in and day out.
In his spare time Kurt likes spend time with his wife of 30+ years and his daughter He is an avid fisherman and his not so secret dream is to retire one day and become a fishing guide on Lake Minnetonka.

Mark has spent his career in Silicon Valley working in sales, operations and now as CEO of UART, Inc. Mark is responsible for helping the management team develop, evolve, and execute a forward-thinking growth strategy. Mark has also developed a proprietary retail delivery network that currently services many customers in the retail environment.
Mark has been married for 30 + years and has 2 children. When not working, Mark loves to watch his daughter play college softball (Go Louisville Cardinals) and spend time with his rapidly growing son.

As Operations Manager, Derik makes sure that the day to day business operations run as smoothly as possible at UART. From the best quotes to up to date freight tracking, you can rely on Derik for quick and accurate information.
Derik enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, 2 beautiful daughters, and his black lab. He also likes to spend time on his hobbies such as fishing, brewing beer, and tinkering in the garage doing woodworking projects (mostly recreating etsy projects at the request of his wife).

Christian has spent 20 years in the advertising and integrating marketing fields directing brand and campaign development for a long list of B2B, Tech, and Consumer companies, including TiVo, Emery Worldwide, SAS, and Cisco . Based in the SF Bay Area, Christian guides UART's marketing communications, website, and design development. An avid runner, golfer, and proud father, Christian likes to call the Minneapolis office from his San Jose home in February to inquire about the weather.
